Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://firsttowingllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. First Towing LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, First Towing LLC markets and arranges Towing Service, Emergency Towing, Roadside Assistance, Flatbed Towing, Jump Start Service, Fuel Delivery Service, Tire Change Service, Vehicle Lockout Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://firsttowingllc.com is the property of First Towing LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. First Towing LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Towing LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid First Towing LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify First Towing LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OH law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OH for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. First Towing LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
